The South Thousand Islands Puskesmas keeps intensifying jemput bola services, in a bid to avoid crowds of people to contain the coronavirus outbreak.
It is intensified at Tidung Island and Untung Island urban villages puskesmas in providing maternal and child health services and family planning to immunization.
Central Jakarta Provides Rapid Test in RSUD and Puskesmas"We are doing this for protecting from the sick, especially coronavirus," expressed South Thousand Islands Puskesmas Head Ilmi Tri Indarto, Friday (3/27).
With this service, patients can communicate through Whatsapp numbers of officers in their respective regions and they will come to their homes for maternal and child care.
They also serve elderly and people who cannot come to the puskesmas.
"Then for services at puskesmas, we separate patients, especially those who cough, have fever and running nose. We serve them outside the room or yard, separate from other patients," he concluded.
