Legislators Expect Jakartans to Comply with PSBB Policy

The Jakarta Council (DPRD) Commission A Legislator, Wibi Andrino supported large-scale social restrictions (PSBB) policy that will be implemented from April 10, 2020 in Jakarta.

We hope citizens to support PSBB implementation and act wisely for the assistance which provided by the government

According to him, PSBB should be supported by all parties because it is one ways to prevent coronavirus spread.

Importantly, he continued, government will provide an assistance for residents who were affected by PSBB policy.

Social Aid Prepared for the Poor Affected by Large-scale Social Restrictions

"We hope citizens to support PSBB implementation and act wisely for the assistance which provided by the government," he said, Wednesday (4/8).

His side also reminds Jakarta Government to be strict in implementing PSBB by imposing sanctions for the violators

"All current government policies should be obeyed in an orderly manner. Don't let this effort to fail because of one or two violating parties," he asserted.

 

Similar thing also stated by Commission B Chairman, Abdul Aziz. He said that PSBB should be supported and obeyed for the common interest in order to break the coronavirus transmission chain.

"It needs supports from all sides. In the other hand, government should fulfill its obligation by providing assistance for the affected communities," he conveyed.
