Yusuf (40), a motorcycle-taxi driver who based around the park, disclosed that most of the people who threw trashes into the park are motorists. “The banner was telling about Bylaw No. 8 on Public Order. But, not long after being installed, the banner was removed by someone the next day,” she stated.
