COVID-19, PAM Jaya Gives Out 5,000 Aid Packages to Parts of Jakarta

City-owned tap water company PAM Jaya had aside Rp 500 million for 5,000 packages of basic needs which were distributed to a number of regions in Jakarta simultaneously, Monday (5/18).
Hopefully, it could lighten the citizens' burden in facing the COVID-19 pandemic
This social aid came from the PAM Jaya's Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program to help low-income families affected by Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19).
"In total, there are eight locations distributed, namely Bendungan Hilir Urban Village, Daan Mogot Flat Tower, Waduk Pluit Flat Tower, Untung Jawa Island, Payung Island, Kelapa Island, Panggang Island and Pramuka Island," expressed PAM Jaya Public Relations Manager, Linda Nurhandayani.
PAM Jaya Ensures Its Services Remain Optimal in Ramadan and EidShe explained that islands in Thousand Islands are PAM Jaya customers where there is a sea water treatment system that is managed by PAM Jaya.
Each package contained 3 kg of rice, 2 liters of cooking oil, syrup, flour, tea wrap, instant noodles and coffee.
