Here is the Latest Information Regarding COVID-19 Cases in Jakarta on June 27

Jakarta Provincial Government through Jakarta Task Force for Accelerating COVID-19 Handling conveyed the latest information regarding COVID-19 cases on June 27, 2020.

As of today, 1,355 patients are still being treated in hospitals and 3,256 people conducted self-isolation at home

Jakarta Health Agency's Disease Prevention and Control Division Head, Dwi Oktavia Tatri Lestari Handayani explained, there were additional 213 positive cases, thus in total it reaches 10,853 positive cases in Jakarta. From this number, 5,610 people recovered and 632 people died.

"As of today, 1,355 patients are still being treated in hospitals and 3,256 people conducted self-isolation at home," she added, as quoted from Jakarta PPID Press Release.

Meanwhile, there were 26,342 persons in monitoring (ODP) and 17,481 patients under supervision (PDP).

Jakarta Provincial Government had also increased capacity for examination using RT-PCR method by building COVID-19 Satelite Laboratory which located in RSUD Pasar Minggu and RSUD Duren Sawit since April 9, 2020 and building network with 41 COVID-19 laboratories.

Cumulatively, PCR examination up to June 26, 2020 reached 283,137 samples. On the same day, PCR test has been carried out for 3,666 people. As many as 2,994 tests were taken to diagnose the new case, with total 213 positive and 2,781 negative results.

Total 227,323 people have undergone rapid tests, with COVID-19  positive percentage of 4 percent where 7,952 people have reactive and 219,317 people have non-reactive results. Those with positive results were referred to take PCR swab test. If the result is positive, they will be referred to be treated in Wisma Atlet, hospitals or carried  out self-isolation at home.

"We urge Jakarta residents to always pay attention to health protocols by wearing mask, often washing hands with soap and running water or using hand sanitizer, and maintaining physical distance minimum 1.5-2 meters," she said.

Jakarta Provincial Government is still opening opportunity for residents who want to provide assistance to the others who affected by COVID-19 through Large-scale Social Collaboration (KSBB) Program. Residents can provide assistance in form of staple food, ready meals, or funds. Detailed information regarding KSBB can be accessed through corona.jakarta.go.id/kolaborasi.
