North Jakarta ASN Receives Socialization Regarding Data Warga App

North Jakarta Government civil apparatuses (ASN) in RT/RW were socialized about RT/RW-based application for collecting non-permanent population data via online, on Thursday (7/2).

Before inputting non-permanent residents data, they should ask local Dukcapil personnel to activate their account first

North Jakarta Secretary, Desi Putra conveyed, socialization was held to provide an accurate, complete, and up-to-date non-permanent residents data that can be accessed via 'Data Warga' application.

According to him, non-permanent residents were Indonesian citizens who reside in regions outside of Jakarta whose main address is different from the address written on e-ID card (KTP-el) and did not intend to stay in a long term.

"Non-permanent residents usually stay in one place for more than a month and do their activities in Jakarta. They also don't plan to relocate soon," he added.

The availability of data and information on non-permanent residents which accurate, complete, up-to-date, and easy to be accessed would be used as a reference to make policies and support development in DKI Jakarta.

Jakarta Population and Civil Registration Agency (Dukcapil) Head, Dhany Sukma explained Data Warga application gave an accessible on urban village officials, especially RT/RW heads to input residents data.

For using the app, RT/RW heads should register from Datawarga-Dukcapil.Jakarta.go.id site and choose the register menu to fill the registration form.

"Before inputting non-permanent residents data, they should ask local Dukcapil personnel to activate their account first," he added.

In optimizing data collection, it needed cooperation from urban village and sub-district heads to socialize and facilitate non-permanent population data collection activities.

"Sub-district heads must monitor the data collecting process and coordinate with Sub-district Population and Civil Registration Sector Head to evaluate the work," he closed.
