He went on to say that various optimization efforts in order to achieve the target included, the implementation of an online system of payment and tax reporting, opening outlets for payment of motor vehicle tax in shopping centers and service offices, as well as distribution of tax notification letter (SPPT) PBB-P2 to taxpayers and business entities.
"We continue to optimize revenues from 13 types, as they are also very important to handle the spread of COVID-19 pandemic in Jakarta," he explained.
He urged taxpayers and business entities to pay local taxes before the specified maturity.
"Hopefully they obey taxes and fulfill their obligations before the due date specified," he said.
