Maritime Museum Provides Spots for Pre-Wedding Photo Shoot

Maritime Museum Management Unit (UP) collaborates with Indonesian Wedding and Dress Entrepreneurs Association (APPGINDO) to increase people's interest in visiting Jakarta Maritime Museum, Penjaringan, North Jakarta.

I hope there will be more visitors, both local and foreign visitors

Maritime Museum UP Administration Sub-section Head, Mis Ari conveyed, in this collaboration, his side allowed photographers and videographers under APPGINDO to do pre-wedding photo sessions in the area with background of Jakarta Maritime Museum and its collections.

"Jakarta has a great potential with the existence of historic buildings, including Maritime Museum. We provide a place thus no need to do pre-wedding photo sessions abroad at high cost," he stated, Monday (7/13).

He hopes, by allowing photographers and videographers to do pre-wedding photo session at Jakarta Maritime Museum, it can increase number of visit and promote other historic sites in the region such as Sunda Kelapa Harbor and Kampung Aquarium.

"I hope there will be more visitors, both local and foreign visitors," he said.

In the other hand, APPGINDO Photo and Video Section Head, Oscar welcomed Maritime Museum UP's policies that allowed photographers and videographers to take pre-wedding photo sesions at Jakarta Maritime Museum. Moreover, historic museum is considered very suitable for  pre-wedding photo shoot locations.

"We are grateful to be allowed to access this beautiful spot for pre-wedding photo shoot as well as promoting Jakarta Maritime Museum," he closed.
