2015 APBD Predicted to Touch Rp 76.9 T

We've submitted the KUA and PPAS to the DPRD

Jakarta Provincial Government filed the 2015 City Budget (APBD) amounting to Rp 76.9 trillion. The amount is increased than last year, which was Rp 72.9 trillion.

City Secretary, Saefullah disclosed that Jakarta government had filed the Budget General Policy (KUA) and Temporary Budget Priority Ceiling (PPAS) to Jakarta Legislative Council (DPRD) since June.

2015 APBD will Be Delayed Again, Ahok Says

"We've submitted the KUA and PPAS to the DPRD," he stated, at City Hall, Monday (10/13).

While for discussion with the DPRD, his side must wait for council completeness. This is because, as many as 106 DPRD members were inaugurated in last August.

He acknowledged that such induction will cause delays discussion. Supposedly mid-October, the draft 2015 APBD has to be re-discussed. Thus, at the beginning of January 2015, the 2015 draft APBD can already be set.

The top programs that have been included in 2015 APBD are focused on handling flood, transportation, and education. Then for transportation budget is reaching Rp 8.6 trillion, where it will be used for procuring medium-sized and Transjakarta buses, acquiring land in Fatmawati for project of mass rapid transit (MRT), as well as land acquisition on six inner-city toll roads worth Rp 3 trillion.

As for the dam and river normalization as flood handling program, its budget is reaching Rp 3 trillion and Rp 5.7 trillion for education that will be used for balance of payments (BOP), Jakarta Smart Card (KJP), and school infrastructure development.
