PT. Food Station Tjipinang Jaya President Director, Arief Prasetyo Adi emphasized the importance of collaboration with food production centers. He believed this principle can maintain the supplies at affordable prices.

"Mostly MoU is taken at the end while Business-to-Business at the beginning. We don't want to take MoU at the start but its business is still unclear," he added.
Especially for egg production center, he appreciated Putera Blitar Cooperative for its cooperation with Food Station. Now, egg supplies from that cooperative have entered modern markets. It means they produce egg with grade A quality. Besides, those eggs are also distributed through e-commerce.
After entering modern market, egg production center also needs to apply modern marketing where the customers' needs are very important.
"Within modern market, we need to meet the customers' needs. Then, we can adjust it with the market," he said.
