South Jakarta Vice Mayor, Isnawa Adji together with South Jakarta Government apparatuses and Mangkuluhur City representatives officially opened the alternative route from Jalan Garnisun to Jalan Gatot Subroto to public.

He expected this alternative route can unravel the traffic congestion in Semanggi area.

"Hopefully this route can smoothen the traffic flow and unravel the congestion in Semanggi area," he mentioned.

This 22-meter long road construction was carried out as the obligation of developer (Mangkuluhur City) in term of social and public facilities (fasos/fasum).

This alternative route, he continued, will be functioned as public road and not allowed for parking or street vendors.    

"We will continue monitoring and remind the developers to fulfill their obligations in fasos/fasum," he asserted.
