Related to the 7 employees who tested positi ve for COVID-19, activities in South Jakarta Mayor Office will be off for two days, starting Thursday (9/17) to Friday (9/18). All civil apparatuses (ASN) are required to carry out official duties from home (WFH).

South Jakarta Mayor, Marullah Matali conveyed, this policy was taken to break the chain of COVID-19 transmission in the office. During the closure, his side will sterilize the whole areas and facilities in the building with disinfectant.

"We instruct ASN to work from home for two days to stop the COVID-19 spread," he added, Thursday (9/17).

During WFH period, he continued, ASN are obliged to submit work report to their direct supervisor and input it into e-kinerja system on working days.

ASN working hour is 7 hours 30 minutes with uploading real time photos showing face and body with complete formal clothes as well as informing their location. Photo evidence of attendance is reported in morning and evening.

Meanwhile for offices that provide public services such as Kebayoran Baru UPPRD and PTSP can still carry out activities with strict health protocols that will be regulated by their respective unit heads.

"Mayor Office will open again next Monday (9/21)," he informed.
