Pasar Seni Ancol Adakan Kampanye #PemulihanBersama

Ancol Art Market Campaigns #PemulihanBersama

The Ancol Art Market presents the #PemulihanBersama campaign that aims to flow hope, motivation and inspiration for the community.

The campaign has been ongoing since May

Ancol Art Market Director Mia Maria said Ancol Art Market as an arts and culture space used its platform as a recovery space. Be trusted, the art is capable of providing room for pause, reflection, expression and education, as well as can open opportunities to express, where expressing is the beginning of the healing process.

"The campaign has been ongoing since May, where we open a joint recovery discussion forum in the Cultural Arts Room," she expressed, Thursday (10/1).

It was carried out, by collecting #PemulihanBersama videos from friends of arts and culture workers to communicate inspirational stories. Some of them were well-known artists such as Melati Suryodarmo, Arahmaiani, Tisna Sanjaya, Ade Darmawan and Mella Jaarsma.

"In curating art and cultural events, we have an art performance that we hope will help the recovery process by providing pause and reflection through the chanting of music and gestures in collaboration with Maya Hasan and Eko Supriyanto," she stated.

In traditional healing methods, she explained, there was sound and gesture therapy as a way to balance the body and brain functions that promote healing. The vibration produced by the sound of the harp is clinically proven to be able to balance nerve waves and bring them to a frequency that can reduce stress and tension.

Meanwhile, intuitive gestures and responding to sound can help express thoughts.

The #PemulihanBersama program still continues by collaborating with more artists, cultural arts figures and various communities in Indonesia and internationally.

From this event, her party can share experiences and inspirations with the main aim of reminding that all can seek recovery.
