Central Jakarta Job Fair Invaded by Job Seekers

The first day of job fair held by Central Jakarta Manpower and Transmigration Sub-Department in Auditorium Pegadaian building, Jalan Kramat Raya No. 162, is invaded by thousands of job seekers. In this event, there are at least 5,000 job vacancies opened by 50 companies.

To help job seekers, we also provide 200 sheets of yellow cards that can be obtained for free

“Job seekers can choose jobs that suit them, including jobs that are fit with their education backgrounds and experiences. This event is also held in four other municipalities,” said Head of Jakarta Manpower and Transmigration Department, Priyono, Tuesday (21/10).

Meanwhile, Head of Central Jakarta Manpower and Transmigration Sub-Department, Atok Baroni Hidayat, told that since morning until noon as many as 378 job seekers joined in registration. It is predicted today there would be 2,000 people come, and tomorrow 7,000 people.

“To help job seekers, we also provide 200 sheets of yellow cards that can be obtained for free in the Central Jakarta Manpower and Transmigration Sub-Department’s booth,” he stated.

Hamdani (20), a job seeker who lives in Galur, Central Jakarta, uttered that he got information about this event from a media. Bringing application letter, he hopes it could fit to the position offered by the company.

“I wish my application fit with one of the companies, so I can work soon and get new experience,” he expressed.
