The ErteLima Farm Urban Farmer group in Jagakarsa Urban Village, South Jakarta has harvested 260 kg of hydroponic vegetables type pakcoy, lettuce and mustard greens.
South Jakarta Maritime, Agriculture and Food Security (KPKP) Sub-agency Head Hasudungan said it was the second harvest conducted by the coached farmer groups located at Jalan Belimbing, RT 08/07, Jagakarsa Urban Village.

According to him, the hydroponic vegetables produced from this farmer group were of good quality and were feasible to be marketed to the modern market.
"We will help to market it to supermarkets in Jagakarsa area," he said.
Ahmad Syarif (41), a companion of Poktan Kota ErteLima Farm, explained 360 kg of hydroponic vegetables harvested this time consisted of 60 kg of mustard greens, 60 kg of pakcoy and the remaining 240 kg of lettuce.
For the selling price, he continued, the mustard vegetables were sold at Rp 16,000 per kg, pakcoy Rp 18,000 per kg and lettuce Rp 20,000 per kg.
"Currently, we sell the crops to local people," he stated.
