46 RPTRAs in Central Jakarta Reopened to Public

We only welcome those who are above the age of 9 and under 60 years

As many as 46 out of 50 child-friendly playgrounds (RPTRA) spread over eight sub-districts in Central Jakarta have been reopened.

Central Jakarta Child Protection and Empowerment and Population Control (PPAPP) Sub-agency's Community Empowerment Division Head Bangun Manalu said four RPTRAs were still closed and they located in Tanah Tinggi and Kemayoran urban villages.

"Of four RPTRAs, three are in Tanah Tinggi and one is Bandar Kemayoran RPTRA, they were opened, but closed again. This is because they are in red zone of COVID-19," he expressed, Thursday (10/22).

His side only opened the park, except children's playground, hall and library. Every visitor was required to apply health protocols by wearing a mask, maintaining physical distancing and washing hands with soap.

"We only welcome those who are above the age of 9 and under 60 years," he concluded.
