People who were allowed to visit and take advantage of facilities such as a reflection park and a jogging track should be over nine years old and under 60 years old.
"However, only a few facilities that can be used, such as prayer rooms, halls, library rooms, lactation rooms, sports fields, children's playground and outdoor fitness are still closed," he closed.
