Jakarta Provincial Government receives donation as much as 2 dump trucks from PT Foton Mobilindo. The donation for Jakarta Cleanliness Department seen by Acting Jakarta Governor Basuki Tjahaja Purnama is expected to help the department performance in picking up the trash or bring the mud from the river.

" With the donation, we have a procurement standard about the dump truck ," said Basuki at Jakarta City Hall, Friday (10/24).

Basuki also not concern about the vehicle amount that donated by the private company. According to him, with the donation, the dump truck at Jakarta increases.

"Yesterday I have problem with SKPD (the provincial apparatus working units) because of e-budgeting through ULP (Jakarta Goods and Services Procurement Unit), they force to buy in group not in unit. It has being habit from dozen year, buy by the group," he added.

But, Basuki continued, SKPD today must buy by unit about the goods like bus to truck by using service reparation requirement in ATPM (brand-holder sole agents).

"It is okay if we lose the budget absorption, better than being corrupted, and grouped all. Next year we still have money. It is just a resistance to find the reason. With this, we can do much saving for Jakarta, he uttered.
