Jakarta Regional Employment Agency (BKD) has open selection of the echelon III official position since last week. From the available amount, one-door integrated service (PTSP) official position at urban village is the most attractive demand by the official.

"Based on participant interest analysis, head of urban village PTSP is the most demand position by the participant," said I Made Karmayoga, Head of Jakarta BKD, Saturday (10/25).

Made rated, the PTPS head demanded by the participant, because it is a new post that have no official. In which, the participant no need to compete by another incumbent official when join the test.

"At the post, all of them is a new people," he added.

He revealed, on this auction period, the amount of the participant that sign up as PTSP Head are 587 people. Meanwhile, the amount of the position in that post just for 63 people.

"There will much people fall, The competition between the participant will be more competitive," he explained.

Made added, the amount of the participant for PTSP urban village Head will be selected by position advisory board (baperjakat). But, generally the participant is dominated by Civil Servant that have no position or ordinary staff. The echelon III position auction is expected as a door to improve the bureaucracy career in the future.

"So, this auction can be said as jumping stone for the young and talented civil servant," he uttered.
