Sidewalks and Roads Repair in Tidung Island Reaches 90 Percent

Thousand Islands Technical Work Unit (UKT) 2 has repaired roads and sidewalks along 5,400 square meters or reached 90 percent from total target of 6,000 square meters in Tidung Island Urban Village, South Thousand Islands Sub-district.

We have started the work since October. It is targeted to finish at least by the end of this month

Thousand Islands UKT 2 Head, Sofyan said, the three-dimensional paving block work on roads and sidewalks in Jembatan Cinta (Love Bridge) area has been completed. Currently, it remains concrete paving block work on the collector roads of RW 02.

"We have started the work since October. It is targeted to finish at least by the end of this month," he asserted, Monday (11/9).

Sidewalks and roads repair in Tidung Island Urban Village was carried out to make road users comfort in using it and increase its aesthetics to attract visitors.
