3,287 Buildings in Jakarta Have Owned SLFs

Jakarta Land Spatial Planning and Build Work (CKTRP) Agency recorded about  4,287 certificates of building proper function (SLFs) have been issued in Jakarta within 2015-2020.

It is issued based on the results of building function inspection, as a requirement for its use

Jakarta CKTRP Agency Head, Heru Hermawanto mentioned that according to Jakarta Regional Regulation (Perda) No. 7/2010, Government issues SLF for buildings that have been completely built and have the eligibility requirements.

"It is issued based on the results of building function inspection, as a requirement for its use. Number of SLF that has been issued by Jakarta Government from 2015 until 2020 reached around 3,287 SLFs," he mentioned, Saturday (11/28).

There are several requirements that should be met to get SLF. Applicant should have KTP (ID Card) for Indonesian citizens or passport, visa, and Kitas for foreigners. If represented, applicants should have power of attorney which stamped Rp 6,000 and bring copy of that document. Besides they should have land ownership certificate and commissioning certificate (SLO), generation or distribution network of electric power.
