According to him, deviation occurred due to weather factors and the impact of COVID-19 pandemic which resulted in delays in imported materials supply.

"But now the condition is back to normal, all materials have been shipped and used for JIS construction. Contribution of the roof is quite large to reduce deviation," he said.

For information, JIS used lifting method for the construction.

"For the lifting process, JIS uses 8 main columns with pearhead. Those 8 columns are used to divide the roof load about 4,000 tons," he mentioned.

The process had entered fire fighting, plumbing, and ducting stages. Its focus was on completing the training field stands in December 2020.

"JIS project is oriented to empower domestic entrepreneurs by using many domestic vendors and materials to support economic recovery during the pandemic," he stated.

Until the 64th week, JIS project had absorbed more than 2,000 workers or added 100 workers every week.
