Responding on the matter, East Jakarta Gulkarmat Sub-agency Head Muchtar Zakaria explained, residents could download it via Play Store at https://play.google.com/store/apps/details id=net.damkarjaktim.godamkar.

"Indeed the reporting application server is located at the Gulkarmat Sub-dept. Office, but we will forward the report to the reporting area for prevention and rescue if there are reports from five cities and one regency," he stated.
