Here are Ancol Operational Hours on Christmas and New Year Holidays

Besides closing tourist areas, the Taman Impian Jaya Ancol management has also imposed restrictions on the operational hours of the recreation area on the north coast of Jakarta during the Christmas and New Year holidays.

Ancol's Head of Corporate Communications Rika Lestari said, this policy was based on Gubernatorial Instruction number 64/2020 on Controlling Community Activities in Prevention of COVID-19 during Christmas 2020 and New Year 2021 Holidays.

"Including Circular Letter of Jakarta Tourism and Creative Economic Agency number 427/2020 on Operational Control of Tourist Attractions in Jakarta area in Preventing COVID-19 during Christmas 2020 and New Year 2021 Holidays," she expressed, Thursday (12/24).

Here are Tourist Sites Closed Due to Pandemic

The following is information on operational hours for the Taman Impian Jaya Ancol recreation unit:

December 24, 26, and 27

* Ancol Gate: 6 AM - 6 PM

* Beach Area: 6 AM - 7 PM

* Fantasy World: 10 AM - 5 PM

* Allianz Ecopark: 7 AM - 5 PM

* Ocean Dream Samudra & Seaworld Ancol: 10 AM - 4:30 PM

December 25, 31 and January 1

ANCOL TOURISM AREA IS CLOSED

December 28 - 30

* Ancol Gate: 6 AM - 6 PM

* Beach Area: 6 AM - 7 PM

* Fantasy World: 10 AM - 5 PM

* Allianz Ecopark: 7 AM - 5 PM

* Ocean Dream Samudra & Seaworld Ancol: 10 AM - 4:30 PM

Visitors who want to travel to Ancol are required to buy tickets online through www.ancol.com and comply with 3M's health protocol in Ancol area.

Besides containing transmission of COVID-19, the management also does not hold activities and events in the Ancol recreation area. All recreational units such as the beach, Dunia Fantasi, Sea World Ancol, Ocean Dream Samudra, Pasar Seni, and Allianz Ecopark will operate as usual without any special activities.

People who want to stay at Putri Duyung Resort can still make a reservation at www.ancol.com and those who want to visit Thousand Islands and Bidadari Island will also be served through the Marina Pier.

It is hoped that by limiting operating hours and also closing the Taman Impian Jaya Ancol recreation area on December 25 and 31 and January 1, it can prevent the disease.
