During Strict PSBB, Nakertrans and Energy Monitors 118 Workplaces

After Jakarta imposed Strict Large-Scale Social Restrictions (PSBB), Jakarta Manpower, Transmigration (Nakertrans) and Energy Agency started to monitor company compliance in several locations.

Jakarta Nakertrans and Energy Agency Head, Andri Yansyah conveyed, his side has monitored 118 companies, where 95 companies were closed temporarily for not complying with applicable rules.

Referring to the Jakarta Manpower, Transmigration, and Energy Agency Head Decree No. 24/2021 on Protocols in Preventing and Controlling Covid-19 in Offices/Workplaces, Both Privately-Owned Offices, State-Owned Enterprises and Regional-Owned Enterprises.

"We have inspected around 118 companies to ensure whether health protocols are implemented or not. There are 95 companies that have been closed temporarily for certain reasons," he mentioned, Wednesday (1/13).  

According to him, there are several companies which excluded, such as energy, health, communication and information technology, finance, logistics, hospitality, industrial, basic services, utilities, national vital objects and constructions.

Based on data he collected, there are 82,154 companies, consisting of micro, small, medium and large companies in Jakarta. From October 12, 2020 until January 12, 2021, his side has monitored 1,786 companies.

"We close temporarily the remaining 1,175 workplaces due to certain reasons," he said.
