Central Jakarta Acting Mayor Irwandi, took his time to monitor the process of cash social assistance (BST) conducted at one of the schools in Johar Baru.
He said it was the first BST distribution in Central Jakarta area. In total there were around 183,895 recipients, with detailed of 127,351 recipients from the central government and 56,544 from the Jakarta Provincial Government.

He described, the BST recipients from the city in all regions of Central Jakarta were located in Johar Baru (24,962 people), Kemayoran (8,608 people), Tanah Abang (5,641 people), Senen (3,662 people), Menteng (3,304 people), Gambir (2,972 people), Cempaka Putih (2,765 people) and Sawah Besar (891 people).
"It is done gradually by implementing strict health protocols," he said.
