East Jakarta Satpol PP intensifies health protocols monitoring in residential areas to anticipate COVID-19 transmission in community or family cluster.

If they see violation, they will impose sanction on the spot

East Jakarta Satpol PP Head, Budi Novian said, personnel at urban village and sub-district levels were deployed to coordinate with COVID-19 Task Force at RW level to monitor health protocols implementation in densely populated areas by dispersing crowds and imposing sanction n people who don't wear mask.

"If they see violation, they will impose sanction on the spot, both in densely populated areas and in residential housing," he stated, Wednesday (1/27).

Regarding PSBB monitoring in residential areas, his side will deploy 4-5 personnel in each urban villages to patrol in areas where there are frequent PSBB violations, especially in areas with high number of COVID-19 cases.

"We will collaborate with COVID-19 Task Force at RT/RW level to prevent miscommunication with residents," he conveyed.
