IPAL Channels in Pramuka Island Cleaned

Thousand Islands Water Resources (SDA) cleaned Wastewater Treatment Installation (IPAL) channels in Pramuka Island, Panggang Island Urban Village, North Thousand Islands.

There are 5 points that need to be cleaned

Thousand Island SDA Sub-agency Head, Abdul Rouf conveyed, 8 IPAL operators were deployed to clean the channels which located in Pramuka Island.

"There are 5 points that need to be cleaned. Mud sedimentation and pile of garbage cause the channel silting," he explained, Wednesday (2/3).

According to him, IPAL operators cleaned channels on Jalan Baracuda at RT 4/5, Al Makmuriyah Mosque at RT 4/5, beside soccer field at RT 3/5, in front of SMA Negeri 69 at RT 3/5, and near homestay at RT 3/5.  

"Personnel collected 5 sacks full of mud and garbage from the channels," he said.
