Joint Personnel Deployed to Handle Collapsed Sunter River's Retaining Wall

Total 20 joint personnel from PPSU, SDA Task Force and BPBD Task Force deployed to handle collapsed Sunter River's retaining wall at RT 10/04 Pondok Bambu, Duren Sawit, East Jakarta.

We deploy 20 joint personnel to anticipate another landslide

Pondok Bambu Urban Village Head, Angga Sastra Amidjaya informed, retaining wall with length of 10 meters and height of 3 meters was collapsed due to heavy rain in the region around 01:30 AM.

"We deploy 20 joint personnel to anticipate another landslide," he added, Tuesday (2/16).

Landslide, Personnel Clean Collapsed House Debris in Pejaten Timur

According to him, the part which collapsed formerly had cracked. Thus when it rained heavily and water discharge was high, retaining wall collapsed and caused landslide.

"There are no casualties or injuries in this incident. Residents houses are also not hit by landslide. But we remind residents to be vigilant," he asserted.
