As many as 3,200 elderly residents in Pademangan Sub-district have been passed through the first dose of the COVID-19 vaccine phase.
Pademangan Sub-district Puskesmas Head Octoviana Carolin said his party continued to accelerate vaccination for the elderly.

He explained it was scheduled in SMAN 40 on March 15-19; SDN Anco 01 Pagi on March 15-17, and SDN Ancol 03 Pagi on March 18.
"We have carried out the socialization assisted by the urban village and RT/RW caretakers to collect data on the elderly in their respective areas," he explained.
He added that accelerating vaccination was important to realize herd immunity and minimize the impact of exposure to COVID-19, especially for the elderly.
"We're targeting to inject 30 - 50 persons every day," he stated.
