Joint Personnel Demolish Concrete Batching Plant Business on Jl. TB Simatupang

As many as 120 joint personnel from Satpol PP, Transportation Agency (Dishub), Land Spatial Planning and Build Work Agency (DCKTRP), TNI, police, PPSU, and Water Reservoir (SDA) Agency on Tuesday (3/23), controlled concrete batching plant business on Jalan TB Simatupang, Pasar Minggu Urban Village, South Jakarta.

Jakarta Satpol PP Head, Arifin said, concrete batching plant business is not in accordance with zoning regulation issued by DCKTRP. Before the raid, DCKTRP had sent first and second warning letters and seal letter in December 2020.

"This batching concrete plant business is violated zoning regulation issued by Jakarta DCKTRP. Automatically, this business don't have any permits, until today we control it," he mentioned.

This operation was carried out by demolishing the office building, employee residence and other buildings on the site using two excavators.

"This operation was carried out to restore Jakarta as a city that is clean, comfortable, beautiful, healthy and in accordance with zoning regulation," he stated.
