Water Channel on Jl. Rambutan Tanjung Duren Utara Dredged Manually

Grogol Petamburan Sub-district Water Resources (SDA) Unit dredged water channel on Jl. Rambutan RT 01/04, Tanjung Duren Utara Urban Village, Grogol Petamburan Sub-district, West Jakarta.

We deploy 13 SDA personnel with dredging equipment

Grogol Petamburan Sub-district SDA Unit Head, Agus mentioned, dredging work was carried out to optimize channel's capacity and water flow thus it can minimize flooding in the surrounding area.

"We dredge channel with length 21 meters, width 0.8 meters, and height 1.2 meters," he informed, Friday (3/26).

Setiabudi Connecting Channel Dredging Work Reaches 70 Percent

Dredging was carried out to follow up resident's request which submitted through RT/RW. He mentioned that personnel dredge the channel manually since it is located in the middle of densely populated areas.

"We deploy 13 SDA personnel with dredging equipment such as hoe, bucket, crowbar, and hundreds sacks for mud and garbage," he said.
