He explains the Monas' basement will be equipped with a hotel in a bid to support tourism and giant parking facility that can accommodate tens of thousands of motorcycles.
"We want the basement could accommodate about 20 thousand motorcycles. Thus people can park vehicle there when free bus operates," he explained.
To realize it, he furthered, he plans to revise the governor regulation No. 167/2012. "If the council rejects the construction through City Budget (APBD), we will cooperate with private side," he uttered.
