This webinar was participated by 115 people which held at Mirama Jalejo owner's house on Jl. Jengki Cipinang Asem RT 11/04 No. 32, Kebon Pala Urban Village, Makasar, Wednesday (4/14).
Makasar Sub-district KPKP Unit Head, Bambang Priyo Sembodo conveyed, this webinar was held to introduce superior home products in Makasar Sub-district, especially jalejo flour which processed by Jakpreneurs under East Jakarta KPKP Sub-agency.
East Jakarta KPKP Holds Webinar About Pindang Fish"We give them training in making jalejo flour. Starting from preparing raw materials, processing flour, and packaging. Thus participants can understand how to make jalejo flour," he explained.
This webinar was not only participated by PKK cadres, dasawisma, and new entrepreneurs in East Jakarta, but also culinary entrepreneurs from Bangka Belitung and Yogyakarta.
Mirama Jalejo Owner and keynote speaker in the webinar, Endang Sulistianingsih said, jalejo flour contains a lot of calories, carbohydrates, protein, fat, calcium, vitamin A and B1.
This flour, she added, can be used to make 6 traditional snacks, namely biji ketapang, stick, akar kelapa, kembang goyang, onde-onde ciput and kaktus snack.
"We will continue to develop it thus many variants of snacks can be made," she mentioned.
She hopes webinar participants can try to make snacks from jalejo flour.
