Sentiong River JPO Asset Write-Off is Still On Process

Central Jakarta City Asset Management Sub-agency will process Bina Marga Sub-agency's request regarding pedestrian bridge (JPO) asset removal which proposed since early March.

Asset write-off should obtain permission from Jakarta Governor first

Central Jakarta City Asset Management Sub-agency Acting Head, Gigih stated, his side will summon all parties who propose for Sentiong River JPO asset write-off before submitting the proposal to Jakarta Governor.

"Asset write-off should obtain permission from Jakarta Governor first," he added, Thursday (4/15).

Residents Ask for Sentiong River JPO Demolition

After Jakarta Governor issued permit for asset write-off, his side will hold auction through State Wealth and Auction Service Office (KPKNL).

"The asset write-off process until auction is estimated to take three-four months at the fastest," he conveyed.

Later on , he added, Sentiong River JPO will be dismantled by the auction winner.

"If there is no winner in the first auction, we will hold the second auction stage," he closed.
