Water channel widening work on Jalan Pancoran Timur III, Gg Solihun RT 01/04, Duren Tiga Urban Village, Pancoran, South Jakarta has been carried out since three weeks ago and targeted to be completed by the end of April.
This work has been carried out since last week by 10 Pancoran SDA personnel
Pancoran Sub-district SDA Sub-agency Unit Head, Agus Bowo Leksono mentioned, this 50-meter channel is widened from 30 centimeters into 60 centimeters. It is carried out to follow up resident's request thus this channel can hold more water thus when heavy rain falls in doesn't overflow and inundate the surrounding roads.
"This work has been carried out since last week by 10 Pancoran SDA personnel," he added, Monday (4/19).
This Week, Channel Repair Work on Jalan Sirsak CompletedAccording to him, progress of this channel widening work has touched 50 percent and expected to finish by the end of this month.
"Later on, this channel will be closed with concrete curbs to make it easier for personnel to clean it," he said.
