JIS will Become Inclusive Stadium

Jakarta International Stadium (JIS) on Jalan RE Martadinata, Tanjung Priok, North Jakarta will be a world-class inclusive stadium with FIFA standards.

By so we hope the the people has a shared responsibility to care for this stadium

PT Jakpro Corporate Manager Communication, Melisa Sjah said JIS would be a stadium that would be the pride of not only Jakartans, but all Indonesian people. Therefore, it was built with the spirit of "Stadion Kita" (Our Stadium).

That meant all football clubs based in Jakarta, even outside Jakarta, could use the stadium as a home base.

"By so we hope the the people has a shared responsibility to care for this stadium. Hence, we continue to do socialization via social and mainstream media," she expressed, Wednesday (4/21).

To optimize it, she decided to cooperate with the football community and other communities through online/offline various activities in a bid to foster a sense of belonging and pride in our stadium.

"We invite supporters and managers of football clubs such as Persija and Persitara to visit the project site, including when the kick off of the JIS construction launching. We also open to all football clubs in Indonesia and abroad to visit," she explained.

She added they were allowed to practice using the JIS training field which was ready for use in June.

"Our focus now is the preparation phase for the handover of the JIS training field from the contractor to the employer and preceded by a first job inspection," she added.

As for the information, JIS is designed with international standards for participating in world cup events.

The stadium is capable of accommodating approximately 82,000 spectators and is expected to be the largest stadium in Indonesia, as well as the first to have qualified facilities such as training fields, retail F&B, plazas, and luxury class spectator facilities.
