"Responding on the news about Raga Wicaksono and Sunarso who passed Indonesian citizens via Soekarno Hatta Airport without going through health protocols and stated in the news that the persons were using an Airport Pass Card and the agency has done a search. So it can be ascertained that the two names are not from our side," he asserted.

He added the agency indeed had a Tourist Information Center (TIC) booth at Arrival Terminal 2 D and assigned PJLP employees to provide tourism information to foreign and domestic tourists about tourism in Jakarta. As a matter of fact, their workspace was inside the TIC booth, located in the general area of the airport, and did not have special access in limited areas of the airport.
