JIS will Become Inclusive StadiumHe said the current focus work was on stadium construction, especially the roof. JIS would be completed with a retractable roof that adopts a space frame structure. The open and close roof feature could accommodate various needs of the activities that take place under it.
"If the roof is finished, surely the percentage of actual work in the field will increase rapidly," he explained.
PT Jakarta Propertindo (Jakpro) Corporate Manager Communication, Melisa Sjah added it would also be completed with a sky viewing deck feature thus visitors could enjoy the view of the field from the top of the stadium and around the stadium roof circle. The main roof truss structure was already available at the JIS project site and was still under assembly.
