Project Supervisor, Jumaidi (43) said, the project has been started since October and expected to finish in upcoming December. The project of elevation and stone river installation along 700 meter is worked from Jalan Raya Kampung Tengah to Traffic Light of Hek Junction.
"The project is entering finishing process or about 95 percent and involving 60 workers," he said.
Flood Peak in Jakarta Occurs January 2015Meanwhile, Head of East Jakarta Water Management Sub-dept., Hendry Dunant, explained that projects related flood handling are speed up. It is aimed to minimize flood impact in East Jakarta.
"It is hoped to be done smoothly and on time," he stated.
