Thousand Islands Regent, Junaedi encouraged all residents to practice noble values of Pancasila in their daily life. It was conveyed after he attended virtual ceremony to commemorate Pancasila Day which held nationally and led directly by President of Republic of Indonesia, Joko Widodo.

"One of the important values is to implement the spirit of unity in mutual cooperation. We can apply it by helping each other during COVID-19 pandemic," he said, Tuesday (6/1).
According to him, government and citizens must work together, collaborate in maintaining compliance or discipline in implementing health protocol to prevent COVID-19 transmission.

For information, this virtual Pancasila Day ceremony was also attended by Thousand Islands Police Chief, AKBP Eko Wahyu, Danramil 04/Thousand Islands, Mayor (Inf) Ali Anwar Faola; South Thousand Islands Sub-district Council, Robin; and all Satpol PP and Internal Security (Pamdal) personnel from Mitra Praja Office's yard, North Jakarta.
