"Retaining wall and embankment of Cipinang River is collapsed due to flood," he said.
According to him, retaining wall repair work took a longer time since personnel should clean debris from landslide first. After that, personnel lifted it to the surface using mini backhoe.
Another factor is due to weather condition that often rain heavily causing high water discharge in Cipinang River. Moreover, road access to the site is narrow and winding thus it is difficult for heavy equipment to access the site.
