Rain Expected in Parts of Jakarta in Afternoon

The Meteorology, Climatology and Geophysics Agency (BMKG) expects rain in parts of Jakarta on Tuesday afternoon, on Tuesday (6/29).

Jakartans must be aware of the potential for rain accompanied by lightning and strong winds in short duration in East and South Jakarta in the afternoon until late at night, as well as in Thousand Islands at dawn

"Jakartans must be aware of the potential for rain accompanied by lightning and strong winds in short duration in East and South Jakarta in the afternoon until late at night, as well as in Thousand Islands at dawn," stated BMKG's official site.

In the afternoon, rain of light intensity will potentially pour in West and Central Jakarta, medium rain in South and East Jakarta, cloudy in North Jakarta, as well as clear cloudy in Thousand Islands.

Rain to Fall Throughout The Day in Parts of Jakarta

At night, cloudy is expected in West, Central, South and East Jakarta, while light rain in North and Thousand Islands.

Entering tomorrow's dawn, most areas will see rain with light intensity, except in South and East Jakarta.

Temperatures in five regions and Thousand Islands are predicted at 24 to 33 degrees Celsius with air humidity of 70 to 95 percent.
