Some 40 East Jakarta Satpol PP personnel have been dispatched to the East Flood Canal (KBT) checkpoint during the micro-scale public activity restrictions (PPKM Mikro).
East Jakarta Satpol PP Head, Budi Novian said it had been ongoing since June 7 at around 9 PM to 4 AM in order to prevent the crowd.

He urged the community to comply with the applicable rules in a bid to curb the spread of Covid-19 transmission.
"Let's obey together and continue to be disciplined in carrying out the procedures thus this pandemic can end soon," he stressed.
He added Satpol PP personnel were also placed for optimal monitoring at other crowd-prone locations such as Jalan Jenderal Oerip Soemohardjo, Jalan Mayjen Sutoyo and Jalan Raya Bogor.
"We send 40 personnel in each location. They are members of army/police and Transportation Sub-agency," he said.
