Jakarta Government continues to control COVID-19 pandemic. Not only implementing 3T, COVID-19 vaccination is also being promoted to priority groups. However, community participation is still needed to remain disciplined in implementing health protocols.

Vaccination Program in Pulogadung Reaches 49.30 Percent"From that amount, 23,494 specimens have been tested today to diagnose new cases with total of 5,904 positive results and 17,590 negative results. Besides, Antigen test was also conducted to 5,347 people with 548 positive results and 4,799 negative results," she explained as quoted from Jakarta PPID Press Release.
Number of positive cases declined by 4,736 cases thus in total it reached 89,937 active cases as of today (including people who are still being treated/isolated). Moreover, for total confirmed cases in Jakarta as of today reached 763,429 cases. It should be noted that positive antigen test results in Jakarta were not included in total positive cases because all were reconfirmed by PCR.
From total positive cases, 662,800 people recovered with recovery rate of 86.8% and 10,692 people died with mortality rate of 1.4%. While mortality rate in Indonesia reached 2.6%
Positivity rate in Jakarta in the past week reached 28.2%, while the percentage of positive cases in total reached 15.2%. WHO also set standard positive cases percentage no more than 5%.
Meanwhile, vaccination process is still ongoing. For vaccination program, first dose vaccines had been given to 6,652,011 (75.5%), where 5,526 people had been injected with first dose vaccines today. While second dose vaccines had been given to 2,021,780 people (22.9%), where 294 people had been injected with second dose vaccines today.
President has set vaccination target in Jakarta that should be fulfilled by the end of August with total 7.5 million people aged 12 years and over. While Jakarta Governor, Anies Baswedan has set target 8.8 million Jakarta residents to be vaccinated to achieve herd immunity.
Related to vaccination for residents aged 12-17 years, the first dose vaccines had been given to 33.5% of target. While for 18-59 years, the first dose vaccines had been given 72% of target and second dose vaccines 18.7% of the target. For elderly group, first dose vaccines had been given to 69.1% of target and second dose vaccines 59.3% of target. While for mutual cooperation vaccination (Vaksinasi Gotong Royong) program, first dose vaccines had been given to 138,469 people and second dose vaccines to 70,416 people.
Jakarta Satpol PP also gives sanction for anyone who don't wear mask and violate health protocols, and intensifies guest book data collection, as well as other forms of PSBB violations, such as in restaurants, business places, and industrial places. The imposed sanctions are in form of social work, fines, temporary suspension of activity, and revocation of business license.

By registering online, people can choose time and place of vaccination, as well as conduct online health pre-screening test.
