Central Jakarta Receives 1,000 Staple Food Packages

Central Jakarta Government received 1,000 food packages from Jakarta Young Entrepreneurs Association (HIPMI) on Thursday (7/22). HIPMI handed over the assistance to Central Jakarta Vice Mayor, Irwandi at Mayor Office.

This assistance will be distributed to residents who undergo self-isolation and traders

Central Jakarta Vice Mayor, Irwandi conveyed, this assistance was given as a form of HIPMI and government's concern to residents who are undergoing self-isolation and traders who are affected by PPKM Level 4 policy.

"This assistance will be distributed to residents who undergo self-isolation and traders, through urban village heads," he said.

He hopes similar assistance will continue to be given from all stakeholders to help residents affected by COVID-19 pandemic.

Jakarta HIPMI Acting Chairperson, Haris Mogot mentioned, each staple food packages contained of rice, cooking oil, sardines, instant noodle, coffee, and sugar.

"Hopefully this collaboration can continue to help Central Jakarta residents during COVID-19 pandemic," he asserted.
