Ahok, a Governor Amid Complaint and Compliment

As known, Jakarta Governor Basuki Tjahaja Purnama's (Ahok) leadership style which usually speak out frankly and populist make he closer to Jakarta citizen. Moreover, there are many people come to say their problem or just say thanks to the number one man in Jakarta.

Thank you for your aid, now my child is getting healthier

One of them, Suharti (55), Kedoya Selatan citizen, West Jakarta, who met Ahok when he came out from City Hall. Her attendance was to ask help to get low-cost flat (rusunawa) since she has difficulty to rent house due to low income.

"Mr Ahok, I come to ask help from you, I have widowed since 1992 and I still homeless," said Suhartini, Tuesday (11/25).

Ahok immediately responded the request by instructed his party to ask the population data of Suharti who work as the house maid.

"Where do you live? Do you want to stay in the flat by paying Rp 5,000 per day?," said Ahok.

Suharti immediately agreed by nodding her head. She lives in a rent house around Trisakti University, Grogol, West Jakarta by paying Rp 500 thousands per month.

Besides Suharti, there were also three citizens with a child came to Ahok before he rode his car. They came just say thanks about aid given by Ahok.

"Thank you for your aid, now my child is getting healthier," said the mother, while shaking Ahok's hand.

Similar moments appeared very often. They who came to Ahok usually asking for a help related to health, education, house, and etc.
