The Focus Group Discussion (FGD) on the preparation of the Electronic-based Government System Architecture (SPBE) initiated by Jakarta Communication, Information and Statistics (Kominfotik) Agency is still ongoing.

It can become the forerunner of the administration services in the future

With design thinking concept, all representatives of regional apparatus under the Jakarta administration who were participants in this discussion gave input and exchanged ideas in exploring problems, as well as the needs of all regional apparatus through SPBE.

Management Information System Head, Alwiesda disclosed, it was one of the stages in the preparation of the SPBE architecture. It also displayed and explored superior strategic services in each regional apparatus.

"It can become the forerunner of the administration services in the future. So we explore whether we need a system or not, interoperability with other SKPD exists or not, we explore it for the best results. That's why, each apparatus show their superior service," he expressed, Friday (10/15).

He explained that it is an effort to realize the dreams of each regional apparatus for improvement of service performance in the future.

"By so, we hope to have a new face that has good service that is digitized, more efficient, and data accountable," he explained.

He added, the agency as a regional apparatus that has an important role in supporting government services such as internet, network, central or database and so forth.

So, it was expected to capture the duties and service functions of each regional apparatus so that the results of this meeting have a comprehensive SPBE architecture that is integrated with each other.

"After we collect it, we analyze it considering we only explore one type of service. The next step is to confirm what other services, as one regional device has many services. Which one should we develop thus we know what the interconnection with other devices is like," he stated.
