Dukcapil Launches Application-based Service at West Jakarta Religious Court

The Jakarta Population and Civil Registration (Dukcapil) Agency and the West Jakarta Religious Court, collaborated to launch the Post-divorce Population Information System (SISDUK-PCR) and One-stop Integrated Service (PTSP) at the West Jakarta Religious Court.
Hopefully it can cut down the bureaucratic table in a bid to facilitate the community with one-door service
It is Dukcapil Agency's effort in providing convenience to the community, where they can immediately receive complete documents in the form of divorce certificate, new ID card, and the latest Family Card (KK) in one processing
time.Dukcapil Agency Head, Budi Awaluddin expressed, the West Jakarta Religious Court is the first place in launching the SISDUK-PCR application. His agency was committed to integrating all of his administrative services with religious courts throughout Jakarta in the near future.

He explained, people nowadays wanted a fast, easy, inexpensive, effective, efficient, transparent and scalable service. Thereby, PTSP and digital-based services as a priority were needed in realizing a modern service space.
He assessed that PTSP was important for the Religious Courts and is a condition for the establishment of a judiciary that has followed the times.
"That's why they (PTSP) should be a service room that is representative, informative and able to resolve matters quickly when completing the affairs of making legal documents in the Religious Courts," he said.
Religious Courts of the Ministry of Religion Director General, Aco Nur appreciated the agency that has made cooperation with the aim of providing the best service to the community.
"This is good collaboration through structuring, controlling and publishing documents and population data for civil registration," he stated.
Here is the current service information:
1. SIPENDEKAR (Case Registration Information System), to provide information regarding the requirements and flow of cases via WhatsApp. The public can get information regarding services and requirements for litigation at the West Jakarta Religious Court by simply typing info to the WhatsApp number 08382888811
2. SINORA (Case Notification Information System), an automatic notification application to the litigants regarding the trial schedule, trial delays and information related to the trial process that can be updated automatically and delivered more quickly
3. SIKUMIS-THRU, has three main functions, namely as a simulator for calculating down-payment fees for cases, detailed case information and booking hours for taking court products using Drive-thru. It is a combination of 3 applications (SIMEKAR, SEMBARA and DRIVE THRU), which are integrated in one application. Besides being practical, it can also parse queues at PTSP rooms and reduce crowds
4. SISDUK PCR (Post-divorce Population Information System), an application for changing population status automatically at the end of the litigation process at the West Jakarta Religious Court
This concept of the one-stop service provides convenience for West Jakarta residents in getting residence documents and renewals according to important events they have experienced, including: ID cards, family cards, birth certificates, KIA to the printing process. With SISDUK PCR, there is a reduction in the bureaucracy and suppression of the service costs needed thus it becomes a service innovation as a solution
5. E-KEMAS (Electronic Community Satisfaction), an online Community Satisfaction Survey and Corruption Perception Index Survey, thus it can be accessed from anywhere easily. Besides the results can be reported automatically, this application also supports paperless movement
