Jakarta's Latest Official COVID-19 Figures as of October 17

The number of people tested last week has reached 132,371

The Jakarta COVID-19 Quick Handling Task Force announces the latest information of Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) cases as of October 17.

Jakarta Health Agency's Disease Prevention and Control Division Head Dwi Oktavia Tatri Lestari stated, based on the latest data, the swab tests had been carried out on 22,582 specimens. 21,227 of them were to diagnose new cases with 131 positive and 21,096 negative results. In addition, an antigen test was also held today, where 23,132 were tested, with 12 positive results and 23,120 negative results.

As for the total vaccination dose 2 now reached 8,129,488 people (90.9%), with a proportion of 67% being residents of Jakarta and 33% were non-residents of Jakarta. The number of people being vaccinated in a 2-day dose as many as 14,093 people.

• Residents with Jakarta ID cards

• Residents with ID cards from outside Jakarta, but domiciled in Jakarta (bring domicile information obtained from the RT officer, not necessarily from the RT head)

• Workers in Jakarta who have ID cards from outside Jakarta (bring information from the workplace)
